A beneficiary is a person who will inherit your benefits after your death. A primary beneficiary is first to receive those assets, while a contingent beneficiary receives those assets only if the primary beneficiary does not.
Please select the number of primary and contingent beneficiaries you would like to designate.
You may name more than one of each, and you may allocate percentages for each beneficiary to specify what portion of the assets they should receive. If the primary beneficiary(ies) dies before you or is unable to receive the assets, the benefit will be paid to your contingent beneficiary(ies).
Once you have selected the number of beneficiaries, and click “submit,” on the next page you will be prompted to enter each beneficiary’s information and percentage allocation.
